Responsibilities
- Assist with understanding project requirements and preparing or updating test cases aligned with the Requirement Traceability Matrix.
- Execute manual functional and regression test cases under supervision.
- Participate in test script reviews and Software Quality Assurance documentation reviews.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and release managers to support product quality and timely delivery.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Document test execution results and assist with test summary reports.
- Apply SQA methodologies, tools, and best practices while supporting continuous process improvement.
- Assist with validation documentation compliant with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11.
- Support User Acceptance Testing and other testing activities as assigned.
- Coordinate with distributed global teams and support cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, Software Testing Life Cycle, Agile methodologies, software testing concepts, and defect life cycle.
- Good understanding of databases and SQL for data validation.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Eagerness to learn domain-specific regulations such as GxP and 21 CFR Part 11.
- Preferred: at least one year of testing experience with Web and/or Mobile applications.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, work across time zones, and collaborate with minimal guidance.
- Preferred: software testing certification such as ISTQB Foundation Level.
