Base Salary
$185k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior-most technical voice for SimSpace's core frontend.
- Lead major frontend initiatives from requirements gathering to delivery.
- Define and enforce frontend technical standards for code health and performance.
- Design, build, and maintain SimSpace's design system and component libraries.
- Act as a technical partner to UX Designers, providing implementation guidance.
- Lead accessibility best practices at the component and system level.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality.
- Create documentation and examples to help frontend engineers use shared UI systems.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in frontend or design-adjacent engineering.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript and React, including modern component patterns.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems or shared UI libraries.
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards and their operationalization.
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with designers and product managers.
