Base Salary
$158k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain frontend platform, component library, and web applications using modern front-end technologies.
- Create reusable UI patterns, design tokens, and components while providing engineering guidance.
- Develop a machine-readable, API-first frontend platform to support AI agents and human users.
- Effectively apply AI throughout the software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, and testing.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into high-quality deliveries.
- Ensure quality through testing, accessibility, observability, performance, and safe rollout practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional development experience.
- Strong experience in building production web applications.
- Deep fluency in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and modern build tooling.
- Experience in collaborating with product design to create Design Systems.
- Proficiency in designing front-end architecture and maintainable application patterns.
- Strong understanding of AI-assisted software delivery and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and a high-ownership approach to technical execution.
- Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team gatherings.
