Base Salary
$140k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own outcomes by delivering high-quality features from concept through production.
- Design, build, and ship features end-to-end, ensuring real customer impact.
- Utilize AI tools in your workflow for writing specs and generating code.
- Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and system design.
- Debug complex issues and make sound architectural decisions.
- Collaborate closely with engineers through code reviews and shared problem solving.
- Mentor and elevate other engineers through hands-on collaboration.
- Influence technical direction and contribute to engineering improvements.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong experience with modern web technologies (TypeScript, Node, React).
- Solid system design and debugging skills across distributed systems.
- Experience owning services end-to-end, including deployment and monitoring.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or similar).
- Strong testing discipline and understanding of test design.
- Ability to navigate and improve large, existing codebases.
- Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts.
