Base Salary
$149k - $246k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate emerging product ideas into working demo prototypes across Salesforce, Slack, and external platforms such as Claude.
- Architect end-to-end demo environments and multi-product flows using Apex, Lightning web components, flows, and platform automation.
- Build reusable demo guides, toolkits, and training that enable global teams to run live demonstrations.
- Own technical readiness for keynote events, including rehearsals, live show support, and coordination with product and engineering teams.
- Provide hands-on technical support during high-pressure event preparation and live demonstrations, including bug fixes, technical briefings, and demo-flow changes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on senior-level experience with the Salesforce platform in development, administration, or solution architecture.
- Strong skills in Apex, Lightning web components, flows, declarative automation, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience prototyping ambiguous early-stage concepts for executive audiences across multiple platforms and building enablement tools for distributed teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with marketing, design, executives, and other non-technical partners.
- Ability to work under extreme time pressure, meet high-stakes deadlines, travel at least 33% of the time, and work flexible hours during event preparation.
- A related technical degree is required.
- Experience with live product demonstrations for large audiences, Agentforce, AI agents, agentic architectures, Slack platform development, Tableau, Data Cloud, data integration platforms, storytelling, presentation design, media production, or event production is preferred.
