Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Administer Software AG Adabas and Natural databases.
- Maintain security and access controls.
- Enable analytics and troubleshoot issues.
- Guide environment refreshes and upgrades.
- Ensure DBMS-compatible standards are observed.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Natural and ADABAS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related IT discipline.
- Proven experience developing and supporting Natural applications.
- Extensive experience in complex debugging and root-cause analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of ADABAS database structures and Natural subprograms.
- Ability to write and maintain clear technical documentation.
