Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Oracle Federal Financials RICEW components.
- Translate functional requirements into technical designs and testable solutions.
- Document technical findings and deployment notes in the issue tracking system.
- Support Oracle Federal Financials modules and related business processes.
- Ensure all code changes follow client-approved processes.
- Support monthly planned releases and urgent one-off releases.
- Analyze and troubleshoot system integrations with federal travel systems.
- Prepare unit test scripts and support QA testing.
- Assist with annual Disaster Recovery exercises.
- Coordinate with AWS and security teams for cloud operations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite development experience.
- Strong experience with PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle APIs.
- Experience developing and supporting RICEW components.
- Experience with production incidents and defect resolution.
- Ability to prepare technical design documents and release documentation.
- Experience with Oracle Federal Financials modules.
- Familiarity with Agile development methods.
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues under time-sensitive conditions.
