Base Salary
$97k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build sample agents, reference implementations, reusable templates, patterns, examples, proof-of-concepts, and feature validation environments for Agentic Studio.
- Experiment with agentic patterns, tools, integrations, MCPs, and AI capabilities.
- Dogfood and validate new Agentic Studio capabilities against realistic enterprise AI use cases before and during releases.
- Identify developer-experience, usability, technical, and workflow gaps; reproduce issues and work with Engineering to diagnose and resolve them.
- Provide structured feedback and recommendations to Product and Engineering based on real-world implementations.
- Create hands-on workshops, demos, walkthroughs, how-to guides, technical implementation examples, reference architectures, anti-patterns, and adoption playbooks.
- Onboard Engineering, FDEs, Product Managers, Presales, and Partners to Agentic Studio and create reusable technical enablement assets.
- Work across Engineering, Product, FDEs, Presales, and Partners to translate field and customer learnings into platform improvements.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of software engineering or related technical experience.
- Hands-on experience building applications using LLMs or generative AI.
- Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or a similar language.
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and cloud-based services.
- Understanding of agents, tool or function calling, RAG, prompts, evaluations, and guardrails.
- Ability to quickly learn technologies, build working prototypes, debug problems, and explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience creating agentic applications or AI-powered enterprise software is preferred.
- Experience with MCP, agent frameworks, AI SDKs, developer tools, SDK examples, templates, or reference implementations is preferred.
- Experience with enterprise applications, workflow automation, technical demos, workshops, enablement content, developer platforms, or APIs is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI application testing, evaluation, observability, or monitoring is preferred.
