Base Salary

$144k - $224k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale a multi-agent orchestration platform for autonomous ML research workflows.
  • Develop Auto Research systems with parallel hypothesis testing, tournament-based proposal filtering, and human-in-the-loop review.
  • Own platform reliability and developer experience, including GPU scheduling, observability, evaluation frameworks, and knowledge services.
  • Productionize LLM and VLM models for efficient, high-throughput, low-latency serving.
  • Design data pipelines for massive datasets and scalable ML and LLM workloads.
  • Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership for search-relevance improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems for reliability and scaling.
  • 1+ year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
  • 1+ year designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
  • 1+ year of Object-Oriented Design experience.
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
  • Preferred: 3+ years covering the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Preferred: knowledge of machine learning and LLM fundamentals, including transformer architecture, training and inference lifecycles, and optimization techniques.
  • Preferred: experience using managed ML/AI solutions.
