Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and scale a multi-agent orchestration platform for autonomous ML research workflows from hypothesis generation through production deployment.
- Develop Auto Research systems that parallelize hypothesis testing with proposal filtering and human-in-the-loop review.
- Own platform reliability and developer experience through GPU scheduling, observability, evaluation frameworks, and knowledge services.
- Productionize LLM and VLM models for efficiency, throughput, and low-latency serving.
- Design data pipelines for massive datasets and scaling ML and LLM systems.
- Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership for customer-perceived search relevance improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems for reliability and scaling.
- 1+ year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- 1+ year designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- 1+ year of object-oriented design experience.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: 3+ years covering the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Preferred: Knowledge of machine learning and LLM fundamentals, including transformer architecture, training and inference lifecycles, and optimization techniques.
- Preferred: Experience using managed ML/AI solutions.
