Responsibilities
- Drive architectural decisions for the cash forecasting platform.
- Establish technical standards and design patterns for faster feature delivery.
- Mentor mid-level and senior engineers to foster their growth.
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the development lifecycle.
- Build and maintain API integrations with major ERPs and banking systems.
- Develop and optimize machine learning models for cash flow predictions.
- Create interactive dashboards for cash position insights.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 3+ years working on complex, business-critical systems in production.
- Strong communication skills and experience in cross-functional projects.
- Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Deep expertise with Ruby on Rails and RDBMS (ideally PostGres).
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Understanding of distributed systems patterns and enterprise software architecture.
