Responsibilities
- Prepare test plans, estimates, schedules, scenarios, cases, test data, and requirements traceability.
- Lead functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, mobile, data migration, and UAT test execution.
- Manage defect triage, retesting, root-cause analysis, prioritization, closure, and reporting of test risks and outcomes.
- Coordinate testers, environments, deployments, production verification, hypercare, and audit-ready validation evidence.
- Drive automation, regression optimization, reusable test assets, process improvement, and quality delivery across Veeva CRM programs.
Requirements
- Hands-on Veeva CRM testing experience in a life sciences environment is required.
- 5–8 years of software testing or quality engineering experience, including 1–2 years leading a small test team.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience, with 15 years of full-time education stated in the posting.
- Knowledge of Veeva CRM commercial processes, Salesforce configurations, integrations, mobile/offline testing, release validation, test analysis, execution, defect management, traceability, UAT, and regulated documentation.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM/Quality Center, Zephyr, or equivalent test-management tools.
- Exposure to Selenium, Cucumber, Tosca, or similar automation tools, with preferred experience in Veeva Commercial Cloud, CLM, Approved Email, Align, or iOS offline testing.
- Preferred exposure to API, database, performance, accessibility, and security testing, along with ISTQB, Agile, or test-management certification.
