Responsibilities

  • Design, build, modify, and maintain durable automated testing frameworks.
  • Integrate automated testing with CI/CD using Jenkins or Harness.
  • Develop reliable functional test automation and provide execution support, triage, and refactoring.
  • Review automated test code and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Define and standardize QA processes, testing scope, priorities, and strategies across testing methodologies.
  • Execute test plans, document defects, support debugging, and perform manual testing when needed.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, architecture, release management, DevOps, infrastructure, and QA teams.
  • Prioritize automated tests, support CI onboarding, mentor team members, and provide quality engineering leadership.
  • Research and implement new automation technologies and improve coverage, stability, and quality metrics.
  • Leverage AI-assisted testing techniques and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of QA or SDET experience.
  • Proficiency in Java, TypeScript, and Python.
  • Experience with Selenium, Appium, JUnit, Postman, Insomnia, Node.js, Mocha, and Cucumber.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Harness.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred experience with AWS, Azure, GenAI, AI/ML, advanced automation augmentation tools, AngularJS, modern web frameworks, JIRA, Xray, qTest, Allure Reports, Workday, and SAP.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with familiarity with Agile, TDD, and BDD.
