Responsibilities
- Engineer stable, scalable, performant, accessible, testable, and secure software solutions.
- Lead technical development at the product, team, or domain level and own technical delivery and application health.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code and participate in code reviews and team ceremonies.
- Own technical custodianship, governance activities, application oversight, and incident root-cause analysis.
- Identify opportunities for reuse and automation to reduce manual effort and technical debt.
- Apply test automation and programming tools for performance checks, regression testing, and debugging.
- Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge as a subject matter expert, and contribute to technical communities.
- Communicate with stakeholders, contribute to continuous improvement, and support effective prioritization and delivery.
- Provide hardware, software, and network support as needed.
- Apply established AI concepts, tools, and procedures to familiar scenarios.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience.
- Must have proficiency with Node.js, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL or Cloud SQL.
- Demonstrated deep understanding of system design and subject matter expertise in key technologies and domains.
- Ability to independently write and review code, apply software design and development quality practices, and support debugging and testing.
- Ability to lead technical development and take ownership of delivery, application health, governance, and incident analysis.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
