Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, debug, and maintain software programs and modules using Python on AWS.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Support software installation, deployment, monitoring, and release-plan adherence.
- Prepare technical documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, project specifications, and status reports.
- Coordinate with project teams, functional analysts, engineering staff, project managers, and customers on requirements and delivery progress.
- Provide customer support, capture clarifications and feedback, track reported issues, and maintain timely communication.
- Participate in training and continuing education to learn new programming languages and improve team support.
- Generate timely MIS and other required reports.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with Python on AWS.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining software applications.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software processes, system flows, and client needs.
- Ability to create and execute test cases and automate software validation.
- Ability to document solutions and communicate effectively with technical teams and customers.
