Responsibilities
- Own CI/CD, the monorepo, build systems, agent tooling, and environments used to run the real application.
- Improve the speed and reliability of the engineering build/run loop.
- Create self-hostable environments that enable strong end-to-end testing without brittle mocks.
- Wire agents to the correct resources, including internal sites, tools, APIs, actions, and pipelines.
- Make workflows runnable from local development through CI and staging with fast, actionable feedback.
- Build agents and internal workflow applications for deployments, runs, and CI/CD.
- Shape how agents access and act on internal data and entities.
Requirements
- Demonstrated mastery of building and maintaining fast, reliable CI/CD and build/run pipelines.
- Experience owning monorepos, build systems, infrastructure, or developer tooling.
- Ability to set up cloud desktop or browser-in-browser environments that let agents drive real web applications.
- Understanding of how to connect agents to internal sites, tools, APIs, actions, and pipelines and maintain those integrations.
- Focus on fast, useful feedback loops across local, CI, and staged environments.
- Ability to build internal agents and workflow applications around deployments, runs, and CI/CD.
- Experience with SRE, platform engineering, or developer experience is a plus.
- Experience working with systems where agents or automation are first-class users is a plus.
- Experience with monorepo tooling such as Nx, Turborepo, or Bazel is a plus.
- Experience with cloud desktop or headless browser environments is a plus.
