Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure and reliable automation workflows.
- Develop and maintain accurate monitoring systems.
- Propose and implement cost-optimization projects.
- Collaborate on security models for cluster and database access.
- Own end-to-end feature development with a focus on reliability, diagnosability, and customer transparency.
- Improve service health and operational readiness with engineering, product, and incident-management teams.
- Participate in on-call rotations, live-site investigations, structured debugging, and telemetry analysis.
- Contribute to architecture discussions, design documents, and cross-team dependency management.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and accessibility standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Technical engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Experience with infrastructure management and automation.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
