Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Discover and build Glean's next product surfaces through 0-to-1 product creation.
- Lead deep opportunity discovery to identify unsolved business problems.
- Act as a technical partner to C-suite executives, explaining product developments and risks.
- Scale successful products in collaboration with the core R&D team.
- Stay at the forefront of technology by working closely with Glean's engineering and product teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years in technical roles with a track record of shipping production software.
- Experience building production software from scratch in ambiguous environments.
- Proven experience with AI-powered solutions, including prompt engineering and agent development.
- Strong programming skills across the stack and understanding of enterprise systems.
- Ability to identify real customer problems and connect them to product hypotheses.
- Excellent communication skills to build trust at all organizational levels.
- Strong judgment on what is buildable and the ability to simplify scope for faster production.
- Curiosity and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel 25-50%.
