Base Salary
$160k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Discover and build new 0-to-1 product surfaces that address unsolved problems for strategic enterprise customers.
- Lead business and opportunity discovery with Forward Deployed Product Managers and customer stakeholders.
- Act as a technical partner to customer executives, explaining product direction, feasibility, and risks.
- Ship production software and AI-powered solutions, then collaborate with core R&D to scale successful solutions.
- Work with Glean’s engineering and product teams to shape the evolution of the platform based on field experience.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of technical experience with a track record of shipping production software.
- Experience building production software from scratch in ambiguous environments and delivering products used by real people at scale.
- Production AI experience including prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale.
- Strong full-stack programming skills and understanding of enterprise systems.
- Ability to identify customer business problems, form product hypotheses, communicate with executives, and exercise independent builder judgment.
- Willingness to travel 25–50%.
- Preferred qualifications include founder, top-tier technology company, or forward deployed engineering experience; a technical degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field; familiarity with LLMs, retrieval systems, and evaluation frameworks; and experience driving technology adoption in large enterprises.
