Responsibilities
- Identify high-leverage problems across various teams and build AI-powered systems to solve them.
- Design and deploy agents, copilots, and automations using LLMs and APIs.
- Write production code in Python and TypeScript, integrating with tools like Notion, Linear, Slack, and GitHub.
- Build shared infrastructure including prompt libraries and agent frameworks.
- Experiment with new models and tooling shortly after their release.
- Set the standard for AI development across the company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building software and writing production code.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs and agents.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership and ability to work with minimal direction.
- Preference for shipping functional solutions over extensive planning.
- Full-stack development skills, capable of building APIs, UIs, and infrastructure.
- Experience in founding or co-founding a startup is a plus.
- Contributions to open-source AI tooling are a plus.
- Background in crypto, fintech, or prediction markets is a plus.
