Base Salary

$134k - $176k/yr

Responsibilities

Define overall solution architecture and oversee design and implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solution components.
Lead complex, cross-practice Dynamics 365 implementations and support functional and technical architects.
Work with customers, business clients, business analysts, developers, architects, and internal stakeholders to define solutions and deliver engagements.
Support Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or Business Central portfolio initiatives.
Apply organizational change management best practices.
Qualify strategic business solutions leads and sales opportunities with account and practice leadership.
Facilitate envisioning workshops and art-of-the-possible sessions.
Collaborate on bringing products and capabilities to market alongside Business Applications and Data Modernizations services.

10+ years of industry experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
5+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum.
Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations presales and demonstrations.
Strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills for internal and external audiences.
Proficiency in workshop facilitation.
Self-motivation and commitment to maintaining relevant expertise.
Preferred: Dynamics FastTrack, Microsoft MVP, TOGAF, Zachman, and relevant Azure experience across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions.
