Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, maintain, and troubleshoot internal tools and services that improve engineering productivity.
- Support and enhance AI-enabled solutions used by engineering teams.
- Work with stakeholders to identify workflow challenges and opportunities for automation.
- Evaluate and adopt new AI technologies and productivity solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams worldwide to improve development workflows and tooling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming fundamentals demonstrated through coursework, internships, personal projects, or professional experience.
- Experience designing, developing, and debugging software solutions.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, ownership, and learning abilities.
- Interest in applying AI technologies, automation, and software solutions to engineering productivity and developer workflows.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
- Preferred: experience developing applications, services, automations, or integrations and exposure to APIs, web applications, databases, cloud platforms, test systems, machine learning, or hardware-integrated software solutions.
