Responsibilities
- Diagnose, classify, debug, and resolve production incidents across interconnected systems.
- Support a high-volume live production platform and manage customer support requests related to events.
- Develop and maintain event management and lobby backends using Java and Spring Boot.
- Support Django and Python backends and React frontends across Event Management, Lobby, IRL, and Jobseeker products.
- Lead incidents independently through resolution, deployment, and production support.
- Build, deploy, and implement software while managing responsibilities across multiple projects.
- Collaborate closely with Client Support and GTM teams to maintain platform reliability and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong Java and Spring Boot experience, with Django and Python as secondary technologies.
- Experience with React, Kafka, GraphQL, and SQL and/or MongoDB.
- Experience with software builds, deployments, and implementations.
- Senior-level technical capability, rapid adaptation to existing systems, autonomy, and ownership.
- Experience with at least one of Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena.
- Ability to lead and manage responsibilities across multiple projects simultaneously.
