Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scripts and workflows for automation tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand process requirements and design solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug automation scripts to ensure proper functionality.
- Implement process automation best practices and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Provide technical support and training to end users on automation tools and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master’s degree in Software Engineering.
- Required skills include Amazon Web Services, machine learning, collaboration tools, client relations, design thinking, storytelling, and Agile methodology.
- English proficiency at the C2 level is required.
- Listed certifications include AZ-204: Microsoft Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate, ISTQB Certified Tester, and Oracle Certified Professional Java SE 8 Programmer I.
