Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable Node.js microservices for the IDSS platform.
- Lead code reviews and shape team processes to support high-quality and efficient development.
- Own the product lifecycle from requirements through production.
- Mentor junior developers and drive technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex engineering challenges and optimize system architecture.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of Node.js experience.
- Strong skills in microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms including AWS or GCP.
- Expertise with Express, SQL and NoSQL databases, Redis, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Proven leadership skills in mentoring teams and driving successful project delivery.
