Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable integrations between Adobe Workfront and other business applications.
- Gather client requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and manage integration delivery through implementation.
- Design workflows using REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON/XML data transformation while applying performance, scalability, and security best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Advise stakeholders on automation opportunities, workflow optimization, and integration strategies.
- Lead technical discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders and communicate complex concepts in business terms.
- Document integration solutions, architecture decisions, and reusable integration patterns.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams, mentor junior team members, and contribute to technical standards and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with REST APIs, integrations, and automation platforms.
- At least 3 years of proven experience with Adobe Fusion.
- Experience designing and implementing end-to-end integration solutions.
- Strong understanding of API authentication methods, including OAuth 2.0 and API keys, and API security best practices.
- Hands-on experience with JSON/XML data transformation and complex data structures.
- Experience with JavaScript or similar scripting languages for data manipulation and logic handling.
- Familiarity with databases and the ability to write efficient SQL queries.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and own integration delivery.
- Strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including prioritization and managing multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Basic understanding of large language models and core AI concepts, including use of ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for productivity.
- Preferred experience with additional iPaaS and automation platforms such as Make or MuleSoft.
- Preferred experience identifying and implementing workflow automation opportunities and integration optimizations.
- Preferred experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to reusable integration patterns and technical best practices.
