Responsibilities
- Develop new Android features from architecture and business logic through UI implementation, automated testing, and production deployment.
- Build internal automation tools, design-system components, and libraries for other developers.
- Maintain the application, fix bugs, participate in code reviews and pair programming, and follow production deployments.
- Respond to production incidents within the role’s scope and contribute to performance, security, and stability improvements.
- Guide less experienced developers and suggest architectural improvements.
- Join feature teams to address cross-functional issues and evaluate new solutions, libraries, and services.
- Improve automation tools, configure CI pipelines, develop processes, and keep projects up to date.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Kotlin and Android.
- Experience with Coroutines, MVI/MVVM, Compose, Git, CI, Google Play, REST APIs, and network communication libraries such as Retrofit.
- Experience with automated testing and writing modular, testable code using SOLID principles.
- Experience working collaboratively in an agile environment, preferably with a large codebase.
- Strong verbal and written English-language skills.
