Base Salary
$160k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers to develop and maintain the Scholarly product.
- Participate in the on-call rotation for smooth operations.
- Contribute to product decisions with critical thinking on trade-offs.
- Own engineering efforts from development to customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience with Ruby on Rails or an equivalent web framework.
- Experience with relational databases like MySQL or Postgres.
- Authorized to work in the United States (citizen or green card holder).
- Excited to work on-site in Seattle 5 days per week.
- A 4-year degree in computer science is a plus, but not required.
