Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build identity verification and vetting systems (KYC/KYB).
- Design and implement access control systems for advanced capabilities.
- Develop infrastructure for safety systems and detection thresholds.
- Create monitoring tools to detect misuse of access.
- Detect and remediate account takeover incidents.
- Integrate with third-party identity verification vendors.
- Create monitoring dashboards and internal admin tooling.
- Collaborate with policy and enforcement teams on access decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience building and operating backend systems in production.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
- A commitment to the societal impacts of AI.
