Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Spring Boot-based microservices.
- Lead requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and other end-to-end development activities.
- Provide technical guidance to small teams of developers, testers, and engineers.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and offshore teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and track deliverables.
- Participate in architectural discussions, microservices design, and integration strategies.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and production deployments with a focus on stability and observability.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, performance benchmarks, security guidelines, and code review processes.
Requirements
- 5–12 years of experience in full-stack Java enterprise development, with the posting specifying both 5–8 and 6–12 years in different sections.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices development, and AI-based microservices.
- Experience with Java 8, Java 17, or higher.
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular or ReactJS for frontend development.
- Experience with PL/SQL, Oracle Database, or similar relational database tools.
- Experience with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Splunk, and Datadog.
- Experience using Git, Jenkins, Maven, or other build tools in CI/CD environments.
