Base Salary
$120k - $217k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship customer-facing frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and backend engineers.
- Engage in full-cycle software development, from architecture to delivery.
- Contribute to code strategy and review code from peers.
- Mentor less experienced engineers and participate in technical design discussions.
- Focus on creating high-quality interactive experiences with attention to UX.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience building frontend applications with React and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of modern frontend fundamentals including state management and UI quality.
- Experience integrating frontends with APIs (REST/GraphQL) in a Rails-backed environment.
- Ability to build interactive experiences with a focus on web performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly collaborative and comfortable working in a remote, documentation-driven culture.
