Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Keet Mobile for iOS and Android.
- Build features for chat, voice and video calls, media sharing, device pairing, and identity backup.
- Implement UI/UX and use the on-device P2P core APIs.
- Integrate push notifications, camera, biometrics, and background tasks across both mobile platforms.
- Profile and optimize startup time, long-chat performance, media handling, battery use, and network use on real devices.
- Write unit and end-to-end tests and support stable releases through CI and crash reporting.
- Collaborate with the core P2P, design, and product teams and participate in code reviews.
Requirements
- Significant experience with React Native, Redux, and Redux-Saga.
- High proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+.
- Experience with WebSockets and RESTful APIs.
- Experience working with a remote team.
- Interest in modernizing and optimizing mobile or web applications.
- Knowledge of Swift or Kotlin and familiarity with Xcode or Android Studio are advantageous.
- Experience building with P2P frameworks is a bonus.
