Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise-level backend applications and platform services.
- Participate in functional design reviews and determine technical design approaches with engineering team members.
- Collaborate with developers across departments on integrations and shared development.
- Integrate the platform with third-party applications and products.
- Handle backend platform responsibilities, including server maintenance, deployment processes, and live production debugging.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java software development.
- Strong understanding and practical application of software design patterns and object-oriented design principles.
- Experience developing and maintaining applications in multithreaded and concurrent environments.
- Strong SQL skills, including relational database design, optimization, and complex queries.
- Proven experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and related Spring technologies.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
