Responsibilities
- Own, build, maintain, and evolve the iOS mobile e-commerce application.
- Modernize the legacy codebase and drive platform evolution.
- Design, develop, and test Swift and SwiftUI code.
- Apply engineering best practices to ensure application stability and security.
- Monitor and profile application performance.
- Collaborate with creative, content, QA, and engineering teams on application design and product finalization.
- Publish applications to the Apple App Store.
- Participate in daily standups and manage time and workload effectively.
Requirements
- Strong programming fundamentals and experience architecting, developing, testing, and maintaining iOS mobile applications.
- Demonstrated experience implementing SwiftUI and solid SwiftUI experience.
- Experience making network requests to RESTful APIs using JSON.
- Understanding of iOS application, view-controller, and tableview lifecycles and iOS-specific asynchronous processing techniques.
- Knowledge of iOS user experience design patterns.
- Experience with Git, CircleCI, Fastlane, CocoaPods, Swift Package Manager, and GitHub Actions.
- Experience working in an Agile team environment and alongside QA engineers.
- A degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Intermediate candidates require 3–5 years of experience; senior candidates require 5–8+ years and technical lead experience.
- Preferred experience includes Figma, Miro, Google Maps, Firebase, Braze, Android, and using AI to generate or validate code.
- Candidates should be accountable, engaging, and inventive.
