Responsibilities
- Own, build, maintain, and modernize the iOS mobile e-commerce application.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain code written in Swift and SwiftUI.
- Monitor and profile application performance while ensuring application stability and security.
- Collaborate with creative, content, engineering, and QA teams on product development and finalization.
- Participate in daily standups and manage time and workload effectively.
- Publish applications to the Apple App Store.
Requirements
- Strong programming fundamentals and experience architecting, developing, testing, and maintaining iOS mobile applications.
- Demonstrated best-practice implementation of SwiftUI and solid SwiftUI experience.
- Knowledge of RESTful API network requests using JSON and understanding of iOS application, view-controller, and tableview lifecycles.
- Knowledge of iOS-specific asynchronous processing and iOS user experience design patterns.
- Experience with Git, CircleCI, Fastlane, CocoaPods, Swift Package Manager, and GitHub Actions.
- Experience working in an Agile team environment and collaborating with QA.
- Information Technology or Computer Science degree, or five years of relevant experience.
- The posting describes intermediate-level candidates with 3–5 years of experience and senior-level candidates with 5–8+ years plus technical lead experience.
- Nice-to-have experience includes Figma, Miro, Google Maps, Firebase, Braze, Android, and using AI to generate or validate code.
