Base Salary

$106k - $232k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, debug, maintain, enhance, and optimize embedded software throughout the software lifecycle.
  • Translate customer requirements into software designs and develop architectures, algorithms, interfaces, requirements, and documentation.
  • Support software integration, reliability improvements, troubleshooting, user feedback analysis, and resolution of technical issues.
  • Implement relevant technologies, tools, frameworks, software processes, performance metrics, and regulatory changes.
  • Support software research and development, project management, supplier management, and compliance tracking activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
  • Active U.S. Secret Clearance and ability to obtain an F-22 Special Access Program clearance.
  • At least 2 years of programming experience with Ada, C, C++, C#, Java, or Python.
  • Experience working on projects using software development methodologies.
  • Associate-level candidates require 2 or more years of related experience; experienced-level candidates require 5 or more years; senior-level candidates require 9 or more years.
  • Preferred qualifications include embedded real-time software, models and simulation, Real-time Operating Systems, Agile software development, ABET-accredited education, and effective stakeholder communication.
