Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers building distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
- Collaborate with product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions.
- Provide technical leadership across Agile teams and establish standards for design, development, and operational excellence.
- Define service boundaries, integration patterns, and reusable frameworks with architects.
- Identify improvement opportunities, reduce technical debt, and enhance system performance.
- Influence long-term technology strategy through evaluation of emerging tools and practices.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to internal and external technology communities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience; internship experience does not apply.
- At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms, cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.
- Preferred: master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Preferred: 7+ years coding with more than two listed programming languages, plus experience with databases, cloud platforms, open-source frameworks, frontend frameworks, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, automated testing, and Git-based version control.
- Preferred: experience troubleshooting cloud environments, using AI-based coding tools and IDE copilots, leveraging interactive AI tooling, mentoring engineers, leading cross-functional engineering initiatives, establishing coding standards, and optimizing distributed-system performance with observability.
