RIMS Senior Consultant - Managed Services (Remote)

Responsibilities
- Implement new features and maintain the Veeva Vault Regulatory suite.
- Work with customer business and IT staff to understand requirements and design appropriate solutions.
- Act as the customer liaison among implementation teams, maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Product teams.
- Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices through post-implementation programs.
- Drive change management for customers transitioning from on-premises systems to SaaS solutions.
- Help improve the delivery model and communicate evolving customer and industry needs to Product Management.
Requirements
- Experience configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions, ideally content management software.
- Experience in consulting or customer-facing roles, including managing customer expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, translate business requirements, and create corresponding solution designs.
- At least a bachelor’s degree.
- Legally authorized to work in Europe; employment visa sponsorship is not anticipated.
- Proficiency in additional European languages is preferred.
