Senior Cloud CRM Consultant (Remote)

Responsibilities
- Drive customers toward Veeva and industry best practices
- Understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements
- Perform system configuration changes and data migrations
- Activate new product features and ensure seamless integration
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions
- Create analytical reports to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- At least five years of experience configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions such as CRM systems
- Customer-facing and/or consulting experience, including managing customer expectations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong desire to continuously learn and develop
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant subject
- Technical CRM experience, ideally with Salesforce, is preferred
- Master Data Management experience is preferred
- Life-sciences industry experience is preferred
