Responsibilities
- Drive customers toward Veeva and industry best practices.
- Understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Perform system configuration changes and data migrations.
- Activate new product features and ensure seamless integration.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions.
- Create analytical reports to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions.
- Customer-facing and/or consulting experience, including managing customer expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, independent-working, learning, and development capabilities.
- Experience configuring, supporting, and implementing a content management system such as Veeva PromoMats/MedComms, SharePoint, Zinc MAPS, Documentum, or a similar platform is preferred.
- Knowledge and applicable work experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry is preferred.
- Understanding of life sciences content management principles is preferred.
- Project management experience is preferred.
