Responsibilities
- Drive customers toward Veeva and industry best practices.
- Translate complex business processes into technical requirements.
- Perform system configuration changes and data migrations.
- Activate product features and ensure seamless integration.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions.
- Create training materials and conduct training sessions.
- Develop analytical reports to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions.
- Experience in a customer-facing and/or consulting role, including managing customer expectations.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, independent-working, and continuous-learning skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.
- Experience with enterprise software applications and life-sciences industry experience are preferred.
