Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver scalable, resilient platform capabilities for AI-driven workflows, distributed systems, AI agent infrastructure, and visual workflow builders.
- Lead high-level technical design discussions and establish engineering best practices across the automation ecosystem.
- Partner with Product and Design to translate business goals into executable technical roadmaps.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster technical growth and high-performance execution.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience shipping complex, enterprise-grade software.
- Expertise in Go, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS.
- Experience with APIs, platform-first design, scalable workflow orchestration, and secure, compliant SaaS architectures.
- Strong product intuition and the ability to turn ambiguous ideas into production-ready solutions through technical influence and clarity.
