Responsibilities

Develop and support internal AI platform capabilities for effective AI tool adoption.
Take ownership of initiatives from problem definition to ongoing improvement.
Assess internal AI needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Evaluate tools with a focus on security, compliance, and operational suitability.
Drive AI adoption while reducing shadow AI and improving governance processes.
Serve as the senior AI technical authority and lead AI governance discussions.
Work with cross-functional stakeholders to balance technical possibilities with business needs.
Act as the primary technical escalation point for AI adoption and governance.

Experience with AI tools, platforms, or internal enablement solutions.
Strong generalist background across platform, SaaS, or systems-oriented environments.
Understanding of compliance, security, and governance considerations related to AI.
Ability to interpret stakeholder requests and identify underlying problems.
Comfort operating in ambiguity and making decisions in evolving areas.
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
