Base Salary
$140k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy customer-facing features across backend, web, and mobile.
- Build platform tooling for onboarding, compliance, and customer support workflows.
- Leverage AI coding tools to enhance development speed and automation.
- Own the DevOps lifecycle for the products built, including monitoring and maintenance.
- Provide technical input for planning and design of new products and features.
- Conduct meaningful code reviews for correctness and security.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to the team's technical direction.
- Drive ambiguous, cross-cutting problems to resolution independently.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with production systems.
- Ability to work across multiple layers of the stack: backend, web, and mobile.
- Proficiency in a typed language and comfort with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience building consumer-facing applications with UX/UI understanding.
- Fluency in using AI coding tools and automation in workflows.
- Expertise in unit and integration testing with a focus on code health.
- Customer and product-focused mindset with tradeoff decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
