Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, peers, product owners, end-users, and other teams to deliver secure, valuable software solutions.
- Contribute across requirements analysis, design, implementation, automated testing, documentation, maintenance, and ongoing support.
- Coordinate and execute development and maintenance of the investment performance solution.
- Understand business strategy, customer needs, and the investment performance and attribution domain to improve the product.
- Grow toward ownership of larger components and potentially mentor more junior colleagues.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, and object-oriented design principles.
- Experience with APIs and familiarity with modern engineering practices, CI/CD pipelines, and trunk-based development.
- Experience or interest in cloud engineering, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Understanding of automated testing and quality assurance for business-critical functionality.
- Ability to solve complex problems, communicate ideas clearly, and coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Curiosity and adaptability to learn in-house tools and frameworks, including the APL programming language; prior APL experience is not required.
- Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Physics, Mathematics, Economics, or a similar field, or similar experience.
- Financial domain knowledge is a plus; training and onboarding are provided.
