Responsibilities
- Own the technical health and reliability of the marketing website, including page speed, WCAG compliance, Google Tag Manager, technical SEO, and third-party integrations.
- Build and maintain integrations between the marketing website, Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and the broader go-to-market stack.
- Own the front-end form submission system, including form UI, field configuration, and validation, while partnering with Growth Engineering on backend routing and orchestration.
- Build monitoring and alerting for lead-capture failures and drive root-cause resolution across owned and shared systems.
- Implement front-end experiences in Framer and collaborate with Web Design on component structure, build patterns, and custom interactions.
- Manage the technical roadmap, document plans, prioritize work against Marketing goals, and make tradeoffs between delivery speed and long-term durability.
- Run concurrent workstreams such as integrations, blog migrations, and experimentation dependencies while reducing technical debt.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of full-stack engineering experience with clear ownership of production systems.
- Daily production coding experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in a marketing website context, with productivity in Python.
- Production experience designing, owning, and debugging webhook-based integrations and data pipelines.
- Experience with Framer or a similar component-based visual web CMS.
- Hands-on experience with B2B marketing stacks, including CRMs, marketing automation platforms, Google Tag Manager, and A/B testing tools.
- Experience with reverse ETL tools or data synchronization platforms such as Hightouch or Census.
- Ability to turn ambiguous stakeholder requirements into technical plans, explain tradeoffs, and deliver end to end independently.
- Bonus: familiarity with Google Pub/Sub or event-driven pipeline architecture, experience with Optimizely or VWO, or experience at a product-led growth company.
