Responsibilities
- Design and implement Oracle Utilities CC&B solutions.
- Configure and customize Oracle Utilities applications.
- Manage Meter Data Management processes.
- Develop solutions using Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
- Integrate Oracle Utilities products with enterprise systems.
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and deliver solutions.
- Apply expertise in utility billing, customer care, meter-to-cash processes, system integrations, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- More than 10 years of experience.
- Strong expertise in Oracle CC&B, Meter Data Management, Oracle Utilities Application Framework, and CCS.
- Experience in utility billing, customer care, meter-to-cash processes, and system integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Java, SQL, Web Services, and Oracle databases.
- Knowledge of utility-industry processes and regulatory requirements.
