Base Salary
$187k - $322k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify and quantify bottlenecks in current search and recommendation systems.
- Propose solutions leveraging state-of-the-art technologies including ML, DL, and large language models.
- Implement solutions and conduct A/B tests to evaluate effectiveness.
- Act as a thought leader and build consensus within the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Search, Information Retrieval, RecSys, ML, DL, or NLP.
- Proficient coding skills in Java, C++, or Python.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- Experience handling large data volumes in a distributed environment.
