Responsibilities
- Lead one or two partner integrations with external demand partners.
- Drive the full software development lifecycle independently.
- Utilize A/B testing for problem-solving and product iterations.
- Establish and maintain high standards for technical excellence.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide design and coding feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on backend software engineering experience.
- Passion for working on ad products.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
- Experience with ad serving platforms or related technologies.
