Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop comprehensive functional test strategies and plans for complex software systems.
- Evaluate software functionality against requirements and collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.
- Serve as an SME, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication on project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.
- Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
- Experience designing comprehensive test strategies and plans for complex software systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and defect-resolution skills.
- Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks.
- 15 years of full-time education.
