Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end quality engineering function with an emphasis on test automation.
- Design, develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and debug automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Integrate automated tests with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Apply functional, regression, and performance testing methodologies.
- Lead process improvements that increase automation efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation strategies with project objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members through knowledge sharing and skill development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 6 years of experience in Selenium, VeriFix, and FIX Protocol is requested in the additional information.
- Proficiency in Selenium, Java, Playwright, VeriFix, FIX Protocol, and Jira.
- Strong experience with automated test script and framework development using Selenium and VeriFix.
- Extensive knowledge of FIX Protocol and experience with FIX-based trading applications.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment banking, trading platforms, and software testing methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug automation scripts for reliability and accuracy.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaboration tools for test artifacts and documentation.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
